Terms & Conditions

By creating an account, subscribing to a plan or using any part of Trendzmenu, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a restaurant, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the restaurant details, menu, prices and tax settings you enter.
• Owners and managers control staff logins; you are responsible for keeping those credentials confidential.
• You must not share accounts, attempt to access another restaurant's data, or misuse the platform.

• Paid plans are billed in advance for the period shown at checkout, and renew until you cancel.
• Trial periods, plan inclusions and prices are those displayed on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
• Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Trendzmenu records orders and generates bills and GST documents from the data and tax settings you configure. You remain responsible for the correctness of your GSTIN, tax rates, invoice numbering and returns filing, and for fulfilling the orders your guests place.

We work to keep the service available and continually improve it, but features may change and planned or unplanned downtime can occur. Support is provided by email at contact@trendzbee.com.

• Do not upload unlawful, misleading or infringing content, including dish images you do not have rights to.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
• We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or that are used for fraudulent activity.

Trendzbee Technology owns the Trendzmenu software, brand and design. You keep ownership of your restaurant content — menus, images, customer and order records — and grant us the permission needed to host and display it so the service works.

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Trendzbee Technology is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the dashboard or by email. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Karnataka having jurisdiction.
